Refund Policy

1. Overview
All payments for GitResume are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all refund requests on our behalf.
2. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through one of the following methods:
- Open the Paddle Customer Portal from your GitResume dashboard (Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription)
- Contact Paddle support directly at [email protected]
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Terms of Service and applicable consumer protection laws. Paddle evaluates each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
4. Effect of Refund on Your Account
If a refund is approved, your Pro subscription will be canceled and Pro features will be terminated immediately. Your account will revert to the free plan — any projects exceeding the free plan limit will be frozen, and you will need to choose which projects to keep active (up to the free plan allowance). Your data and projects will not be deleted, and you can continue using GitResume on the free plan.
5. Cancellation Without Refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle Customer Portal. After cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining time in the billing cycle.
